Grooves/Wrinkles on my cheeks!

Post by Jan Harless » Fri Feb 15, 2013 10:04 am

Okay, so I'm not a high-maintenance kind of gal. I just recently started wearing makeup again and I just noticed these "grooves" running down my cheeks around my mouth from where my mask rests. I've been on CPAP therapy for over a year and never noticed this before. They're not going away during the day either. Everytime I look in the mirror - there they are! I never noticed them before putting makeup on. If I loosen my mask, it leaks. Someone Help Me!

Use a mask liner maybe?
You can make your own or buy one.
Remzzzs make one and so does Padacheek.
Padacheek mask liner is a multi use liner...washable and lasts for months and months.

Makeup can sometimes accentuate wrinkles or grooves. Try an "age reducing" foundation, like Maybelline's Instant Age Rewind. I think it has caffeine in to tighten the skin. Works well.
