My first nights sleep without getting up in 25 years!

I`ve been on APAP now for 6 months. I found leakage issues with the Respironics Blue Gel, as every time I took it apart to wash it, I had difficulty assembling it without leaks. I switched to a Fischer mask below, and I slept for 7 hours solid!! First time ever I can remember!!! Hooray!

Isn't that so cool! We HooverHeads can get so excited about such normally mundane things...

Sleep loss is a terrible thing. People get grumpy, short-tempered, etc. That happens here even among the generally friendly. Try not to take it personally.

Hi,

Bloody good show! This is fantastic. How did you feel today after getting a real night of sleep? I had a night like this during one of my sleep studies...it was probably the first time in 15 years that I had more than a few minutes of sleep at a time. After getting 5 straight hours of sleep, I felt amazing for the first time in years.

As you go along, the health benefits you will realize will be unbelievable. It's been life changing (and probably LIFE-SAVING) for me. I had very good success from the very 1st night ... now about 3 months. Congratulations !!!! DEAN
