Hi can a member please tell me if you can get Melatonin over the counter in the UK , Thanks , Bob

Melatonin may be RX-only, where you live (I don't know)
Bananas contain melatonin; you might have one before bed.
Herbal teas containing St. John's wort or feverfew may help, if you can get them.

No, melatonin is by script only in the UK.

Melatonin is not a licensed medicine in the UK, but it is available on prescription
