FF Mask Sizer Accuracy?

Hi Folks,

My question involves the accuracy of the Full Face Mask Sizer for the Mirage Activa on the cpap.com website.

For those that used this, did you find it accurate? If you used this guide and ordered the mask it recommended, were you pleased with the fit?

When I did the sizes (with help from mon femme) the results said small. I called the DME to order up the small version and they said, no, I should really have a Medium. So in comes the medium size mask. I'm finding the medium doesn't fit terribly well (seems a little large) and before I go exercising all my consumer rights and all I wanted to gather some indicators as to the accuracy of the size-it-yourself tool on cpap.com.

Don't know but we are about to try. Am getting ready to order my husband the large Activa based on using that guide. I tried calling cpap but the doofus on the phone wasn't all that helpful.
