Doin' The Happy Dance

Post by jzap » Fri Feb 01, 2013 8:47 pm

I have been using CPAP since last August. My sleep study put me at 63, and my initial titrated pressure (8cm) only brought me down to 14 to 18. After bumping my pressure twice, I have finally had a week with my average AHI at less than 3. I had two nights with no CA events.

Now I have to decide whether or not to try another bump to get my snoring down a bit more.

Wow, sounds like you're doing really well. I'm a little surprised that your snoring hasn't gone down with your AHI, but none the less, keep up the good work!
