will congestion make you tired?

Post by walking coma » Mon Jan 28, 2013 10:21 am

I am sleeping ,my numbers are in the 0.6 range. I was taking nasonex but was prescribed omnaris I got lax in taking the spray and rinsing out my nose with saline rinse. My humidifier is set at 3 on an unheated setting because it dried out my nose at the warm one. I also think I am sleeping on my back on my hose because I am waking up with a sore back.

If you are mouth breathing or otherwise having leaks that will make you tired. The congestion could cause mouth breathing. Look at your data to see what your leaks are & that can help you to determine leaks/mouth breathing. This all means that your therapy is going out your mouth.

Hose management. I don't wake up with a "laid on the dern thing again" pain,
or have things dragged off the table because the quilt fell on it.
I like my fishing pole/plant hanger/duck tape setup.
Maybe I'll buy one of these for travel:
