Should I have received the ResMed software with my S9 VPAP Auto machine?

Hi,

It is very unlikely that your sleep clinic or medical equipment supplier will want you to have any kind of software for your CPAP machine. They want to stay in control. In reality, this is YOUR treatment, and you should have all the tools that you need to maximize your success. Having the software to read your data is key to staying on top of things. You might be able to use the freely available Sleepy Head software, or you might be able to find someone that point you to a download for the RedMed software. I have an older S8 machine, and I had to buy a special card reader, but found the software available on E-bay. Your S9 should have a SD card that can be read by any computer, but I am not exactly sure what software will work.
