Throat drying out

Hi everyone i starting to have issues with dry mouth and dry throat again sometimes i run the humidifier on three and sometimes its turn off even tried running on the high setting but then its too warm, don't know what could be causing it lately any ideas would be great

If you're using software, what does it say about leak rates?

Mouth breathing? I know I get a dry mouth when this occurs with me.
