Confused: Onkor and Sleepyhead showing different AHI's
Sleepyhead is showing most of my AHI's as less than 2.0 whereas Onkor is showing it as high as 15. I have a respironics philips auto aflex. Maybe someone has experienced this and has an answer or maybe someone can give me a link to download the real software. Thanks in advance.... BTW, new user, only been on cpap 3 weeks...

Does your machine have the heated hose option and thus is the 60 series machine? Onkor may have trouble with 60 series data.
Or did you mean Encore software from Respironics. You might give it a try to see if it is closer the SleeyHead reports.
Uncle Bob has information on where to find it in this signature line.

Re: Confused: Onkor and Sleepyhead showing different AHI's
Thanks, I do have the 60, so I guess I have the heated hose.
So, to your knowledge, Onkor doesn't translate that information correctly for the model?
I downloaded the encore basic and it says that "the media does not belong to an encorebasic patient". So, I'm unsure what to do from there, if anything.
So, in your experience, Sleepyhead has been pretty accurate?
It was difficult to get the 60 series to work with the sleepyhead, but I followed the directions on the sourceforge site and a lot of frustation got it to go. I wish I could remember all the steps clearly to share with those others out there with the 60 model.
Thanks for your help, I do appreciate it. And if anyone has anything else to add, I'd love to hear it....

"the media does not belong to an encorebasic patient". is unimportant. just continue past it. you can assign it to you if you want so you won't get the message. we have 2 machines and get that all the time because if i assign to me, it says my wifes isn't assigned. if i then assign to her it says i'm not assigned. just ignore it.

Thanks, that's exactly what I needed to know. So, the data on sleepyhead does pretty much match encore basic....
