Maybe someone can help me. I had to take my 8 month old PRS1 Pro bi-Pap back to the DME for Warranty service as it was making a growling sound, she set me up with a brand new PRS1 Pro to use while mine was in for replacement or repair. The SD card in this new one is not recording data. I popped it out after a wonderful night of sleep to upload the data into SH and nothing was imported so I put it back into the machine to see if there was any data showing on the machine and it showed no data, no compliance hours nothing. Is there a way to enable this?
Thank you for any thoughts on this.

Is there a write-protect switch on the card?

Re: PRS1 Pro Bi-Pap loaner not showing data
Thanks for the suggestion chunkyfrog, it's not set to write-protect. What confuses me is that the machine itself doesn't show any data. I just checked again and see that the machine was collecting the data, I was looking in the wrong place. She's got it locked up somehow so it doesn't write to the card, but at least I can see my stats for now. This was only one night so I'll be interested to see how it reads on the machine after a few more days. I've never used the machine to check my data before I've always used SH.chunkyfrog wrote:Is there a write-protect switch on the card?
