Im 2 months on cpap.My numbers were almost perfect at first but now for the past week I awaken to 11.6, 2.4,3.8 until now I stayed below 2.Is this normal or should I be concerned?

Your ahi will fluctuate as your health or sleep hygiene changes. Please indicate what equipment you have in the control panel section. How are your leak rates? Has your over all health changed or are you having health issues?

I'm having the same problem:

Do you have any software to post your data?

For me, it might be as simple as not being as diligent as when I first began. For example, I think I've been going to bed a bit later which means I'm more tired and therefore more susceptible to higher AHI. And maybe, just maybe, I've been sneaking in the odd evening scotch whereas at the beginning I was more diligent about. Also seasonal change with shorter days might make you more tired.
