Questions about my new equipment/nasal pillow

Post by mrstay » Sun Dec 02, 2012 4:03 pm

I just tried to put in my nasal pillow equipment using the drop-down list but their names didn't appear. So I am adding them at the end of my post. I looked up how to wash the equipment online, and I think I'll start with Johnson's baby shampoo. What you do you recommend for wiping the equipment after rinsing? Also, this morning I got a message that there is an air leak--I checked and all the tubing seems to be on tight, so where else should I look? I guess I can also call the number on my equipment (Roberts Medical, DC area company).
I have:
ResMed S9 Series CPAP Machine and Humidifier
ResMed Swift FX for Her (Nasal Pillow)
Thanks!!

The Swift FX for her comes right after the Swift FX Bella loops in the drop down list. Just scroll down to the S part.

I usually air dry all of my equipment, with no problems. By the way how do you get all of your info to appear at the end of your post(type of machine, humidifier used, nasal pillows used, etc)? I click on all the stuff but do not know how to submit so it appears automatically!

If you had your mouth open for significant periods during the night, it will affect your leak graph on ResScan and, if bad enough, will even show up as a red angry face on the S9 screen in the morning.
