Chin Strap

Hi, if anyone has sleep apnea because of everything falling back in your throat; stopping your air passage. I have found a wonder chin strap. I made my own with a little quilt batting. I used velcro. A chinstrap may keep your mouth closed..but..it will do nothing for "things falling back in your throat stopping your air passage." The CPAP does that.
