Problem installing Rescan

Hi,

I've been using Rescan for a few years now, but I stopped updating the program since version 3.14. For some reason, ever since that version, every new one has a problem. The installation goes without an error, but when I run the Rescan program, I get an error that states "An error has been detected that will prevent Rescan from running correctly. Please reinstall Rescan to correct his problem."

It doesn't matter if I reinstall, I still get the same error. I've tried uninstalling first, but I still get the same error. I just downloaded version 4.1, and I get the same error. I can always go back to version 3.14, and it runs fine.

I'm using a laptop with Windows 7, 64-bit.
