Hi,
I've been on therapy with my S9 for a week now. When I first started my AHI was 1.6, second night dropped to 1.1 and every night since has slowly increased to 3.0. Is this normal and to be expected or is something else maybe going on? I normally sleep just 5 hours on a work night and i actually slept about 9 hours on saturday night where my AHI was 2.0 but then last night it was 3.0.
My press range is set at 10-20 and my HST results indicated I should be at 17 cm. maybe I need to bring up the bottom end of the range?
Also with my H5i, I'm set at 81 deg F and still feel dry throat using a chin strap. Should I keep raising it?
One more issue I just thought of. When I'm still awake and dozing off, I keep feeling myself go into a hypopnea on exhale in where I'm not inhaling the next breath and suddenly I realize it, catch myself and then breathe rapidly to catch up. Any advice on this?
Thanks
After a weeks use my ahi is slowly increasing, normal?

No one breathes the same night after night. AHI will vary from night to night. as long as it remains >5...don't worry about it unless you are not feeling rested.

Mine wanders around in the 0.4 to 2.8 range with an occasional spike to 4.0. I consider that normal, however, your "normal" may be far different than mine.
