No Data Available from Data Card

I have a question that i hope someone may have some ideas on. I downloaded the latest version of Sleepyhead to my Macbook Pro and it seemed to load fine. When I plug in the data card from my Respironics 560 machine and try and import data I get a "no data available" message. I use computers all the time but frankely when it comes to things like this I'm pretty clueless. I've tried the card with the switch in both positions but still no data. Does something need to be switched on Respironics 560? Any thoughts on what I can try next would be appreciated. I also have a windows machine but have not tried gong that route yet since the Mac is my preference.

60 series machines require a patch for SleepyHead to be able to import the data.
The patch is for the Windows version. I don't think there is a patch for the Mac version yet. See this thread.

Thanks Pugsy. I'll move to my windows machine and load the software and patch.
