Access to Remstar Auto CFlex Provider's Set-Up Instructions

Hello Everyone

How can I get access to the Home Health Care Provider's Set-Up Instructions Booklet for the Remstar Auto CFlex CPAP Machine?

I requested it from CPAP.COM (when I purchased the Encore PRO software and the Smart Card reader) but received the User Manual instead.

Is it downloadable from a give site?

Perhaps a kind soul can email it to me at alemanma@wideopenwest.com

Here's the link for anyone else that wants the setup info. Remstar has all this stuff on their website - just have to dig a bit!
