Missing "Inlet" and No Pressure On From Humidifier

Post by troutman1227 » Tue Nov 06, 2012 9:41 am

I have a Philip's Respironics System One Humidifier. Somehow this little circular plastic part called a "Dry Box Inlet Outlet Seal #1064804" (i learned from internet research) came loose --- i dont know where it goes! Anyhow, now no pressure from my humidifier and i have to use the CPAP machine without the humidifier component. Called Apria and they are "checking the warranty" for my 3 week old machine (!!!) and will get back to me.
what a wierd experience! anyone out there have a similar story ?
