Power Supply for Heated Hose
Power Supply for Heated Hose
Hi All. It's been a long time since I've posted, but health has not been great the last year or so. I'm wondering if anyone has an old power supply for the Aussie heated hose that I can get from you. If you have one, please contact me. Mine bit the dust, but the hose is still good. Thanks in advance. Linda

Re: Power Supply for Heated Hose
Linda,
If all else fails, check the DigiKey.com and mouser.com catalogs. They both carry Japanese and Taiwanese PSUs that don't die like the cheap Chinese ones do.

When in doubt, open the case. Remember: If you can't open it, you don't own it!
Prescribed APAP range - 6-10 cm/H2O, titrated at 8.
Current range - 9.0-11.5 cm/H2O - still searching for the magic "zero night" but averaging 2.2 AHI

Hi Linda!
Good to see you post again.
Go up to the Search line and put in "power supply for Aussie heated hose" and start reading. Snoredog had some posts about what he did. I think for the most part, a person can find a ("universal") power supply at Radio Shack or some other places that handle electronics stuff. Just be sure to check the polarity of the plug that connects to it.
Good luck and take care.
