My best night yet..

This is my best night thus far in the 3 weeks or so I have been on therapy. I can tell. I feel like a million bucks today! I have been up and down a bit trying to settle in.

Best night, yet and I remember dreaming... but, the funny part is

that i had a beer with dinner! I am not a drinker, but I just felt like having one. Looks like I had better "stock up," huh???

Just kidding, but it is interesting, none-the-less.

I remember waking up with an itch on my nose, and taking the mask off... hmmm. Awoke an hour later and put it back on. Maybe this is a form of sleep walking? LOL!
