ResScan Download

Hello,
I have just changed my computer and need to reload ResScan. I have tried to download using www. resmed.com/int/assets/html/service_support/resscan_software/resscan3.14-register.html as I did for my old computer but all I get is the message that there is no Resmed.com web page that matches the entry. Similarly I tried the link given in a recent post from zoocrewphoto - but same non-result. I'm useless with computers - can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong. Any help would really be appreciated - thank you.

Hi, I just emailed for the download of ResScan and what i got was nowhere...
what am I doing wrong....
I did see a link for it..but that was for the 4.1 download.
is that any different to the 3.16 version?
am pretty useless with the computer..so need things pointed out to me

You want the 4.1 version that's the latest.

As far as i can tell ResScan version 4.2 is the latest.

I guess I should have clarified my statement....of the 2 versions the poster had seen...3.16 and 4.1...I meant that 4.1 was the latest of those 2 choices. I figured he had found your link..and would be getting 4.2 anyway.

I can't find the link to the software ResScan.

I've tried pressing Uncle Bob's avatar... that takes me to his User Profile... and that has no links to software.
I've tried pressing Uncle Bob's name below his avatar... and again that takes me to his User Profile... and that has no links to software.

How do I find where I can download the software ResScan (for an S8 Elite "I" not a "II")?

The latest ResScan will work with the S8 and S9 models...any of the full data machines.

Current version is 5.1 something and covers all current machines including AirSense and AirCurve's.

You can get the software by visiting the forum http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/
Register on that forum, and you can then find instructions on how to get it. If you don't register, you will not be able to get the info as it is for registered users only.
