Trouble adjusting to Pilairo

So I'm 12 days into my CPAP life and it's a bit difficult, mainly mask trouble. For my titration I used an F&P Pilairo which worked well, so that's what I purchased.

Trouble is, after a few days I developed a sore on my nose and also on the tops of my ears, and it just hurts too much to keep the mask on. Also if I lie on my left it leaks somehow.

The Pilairo is "one size fits all" but my head is quite large, so we cut the strap and put an inch of elastic in which improves things but still too painful.

Have now ordered an Aloha nasal pillow mask which looks like it should avoid contact with the areas where I have sores.
