Shopping list - papcap, new machine, what else?

Hi all,
I've been using for a while now. Years? Anyways, I'm ordering a papcap from cpaptalk.com. Are there any new toys that I should order to pad it out a bit? Shipping seems a bit steep, I'm hoping they throw it all in one bag if I order more.

My machine is starting to get pretty loud, I think it's had it. I havent been following the new products. Is there an auto machine that has risen above all the rest or is it still a grab bag of features and preferences? Are they much improved over the s8 series resmed?

I would like a travel machine as well that runs off battery with a battery powered humidifier. Am I asking too much for there to be a good autolevel with these features? Price isnt that important, if I have to pay more for something better I dont mind. But I like cheap and great just like everyone else.
