This isn't a rant..Just the opposite, actually.
I know there's good feedback on this forum about the hosts but I wanted to add my two cents from a newbie point of view and experience. Hoping it'll help other new folks.
I made my first order from cpap dot com a few days ago. I'm not the sharpest tool when it comes to technology but the upload of my prescription was almost too easy. (You know, so easy I must've done something wrong???) I didn't, it really was that easy..wow.
Placed my order and was totally surprised when I received an email just 35 mins later informing me my order had shipped. This was just simply too easy.
So here's my experience on said deal.
Uploaded my script and placed my order easily.
Shipped and confirmed with lightning speed.
Shipping was free.
My package was here in 3 days.
And they accept FSA Health as payment which will insure my BCBS will reimburse me in a more timely manner.
Customer service lady was above and beyond any expected level of helpfulness and courtesy. (I had to call due to a FedEx issue..that's another story altogether).
Anyway, hope this helps anyone who might be on-the-fence in deciding whether or not to go this route.
I will for sure be ordering from them again.
Thanks y'all.
Pam

Re: Dealings with Cpap.com
How does one go about getting their script? Mine was sent from the sleep study directly to the home care provider who I got my cpap + mask from. I need to buy a new mask and their prices are super duper inflated.
Re: Dealings with Cpap.com
Mine was given to me by my sleep dr..You should be able to get a copy of yours. In fact, from what I've learned on here, you are entitled to it.
And Dave, you are very welcome. I figured there might be some fence-sitters my story might help.

Re: Dealings with Cpap.com
Call your doctor, giving him/her the 'heads-up' that you may need to buy supplies
or maybe a back-up machine in case of emergency.
Then contact cpap.com, who will fax the RX form to your doc, to be signed,
checked, and faxed back (or emailed) Easy-peasy!

Re: Dealings with Cpap.com
I walked in their office today at 4:55 thinking they closed at 6pm. I was helped immediately and was offered some suggestions other than buying a new mask. I give them two thumbs up!
