respironics bipap s/t help

I just got the respirinics bipap s/t..the newer model. How the heck do I check my AHI on this machine?

If so you can try SleepyHead as it works with some of those higher end machines. Hit or miss and we are unsure why.
If it won't work you can send me a private message and I will get you pointed to something that will work.
To see what is showing on the LCD screen which is pretty limited you can follow the instructions here to turn on and view the on screen data.

SleepyHead links in my signature line.
In the Encore software line you will need Pro 2.5 or higher. Viewer won't work. EncoreBasic will work and is really the best option and what I am recommending because it is much, much smaller and doesn't have the problems that Pro has with installs.
Plus the reports are exactly the same. You lose nothing but the headaches.
