Isn't 1 the lowest humidity setting on the ResMed? Do you need to turn it up?

Yes, '1' is the lowest humidity. I'd turn it up to at least 3 or 3.5, for starters. I like it at 4 most of the time.

Try some saline nasal spray half an hour before masking up. Also up the humidity setting before you call in the doctors. Unfortunately we don't know your therapy pressures, so that somewhat limits possible suggestions. Maybe give us some more detail. At what point does your nose bleed? Does it bleed for a long time or is it just spotty? Is this every night or every once in awhile. You get the picture.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

Make sure you are using distilled water, and keep the tank clean.
Saline nasal spray or gel may help, It's probably dryness.
My humidifier is set at 3, below which I get the same problem.
Even 2.5 is not enough for my little green sniffer.
