Sleep study results. translate if you would!

This was taken from my titration study. If anyone can translate, please feel free. I'd like to unerstand more of what was seen and how bad it was. Thanks!

"Sleep data demonstrated that the patient had reduced sleep efficiency of 85.9. The sleep latency was 48.00 min which
is prolonged. The patient's WASO was 29.00 min. The apnea-hypopnea index at the optimal pressure of 11/7cmh20
2.0/hr. There were rare desaturations associated with respiratory events with a low desaturation being 84.0%.The
patient had an increaseed amount of REM sleep at 32.27o of total sleep time, and no amount of siow wave sleep at
0.0% of total sleep time. No PLMs observed during the study. There was no alpha intrusion identified on the EEG
during the study and EKG showed no Anhythmias during the study. The initial pressure was started at support of
7cmH2O and gradually increased to 11/7cmH2O in an attempt to eliminate respiratory disturbances. The patient had
the best response with Bilevel at pressure support of 11/7cmh20.

Impressions:
1. Bilevel at pressure support of 11/7cmH2O seems to be the optimum pressure. Patient seen in REM supine at
optimal pressure.

Final Diagnosis:
1. Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.
