Awesome sleep!

I was given a CPAP machine a couple of weeks ago, and I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful my sleep is! I never thought I would feel so rested, after the sleep apnea test, felt I was being punished for something, when, knowing I had to use it. Now, I just turn on the machine, it starts out slow, then goes up to the level needed, and boy, does it make a difference. No trouble going to sleep, and feeling restful when I wake up...Thank God!

Other than the first few days, I've had pretty good success too.

I feel the same way! So great to wake up feeling rested and refreshed like I did when I was a kid. Beginning to think everyone should have a cpap!
