That would be AFLE.

Den's right.

CPAP = cpap mode - single straight pressure without C-Flex.

CFLE = cpap mode with C-Flex enabled.

APAP = auto-titrating mode (autopap) - set for a minimum/maximum pressure range (example: 6- 14) without C-Flex.

AFLE = auto-titrating mode (autopap) with C-Flex enabled.

If C-Flex is enabled, the three degrees of exhalation relief you can set for C-Flex are:

1 = least amount of pressure reduction for exhaling (some relief.)

2 = greater drop in pressure for exhaling (more relief.)

3 = greatest drop in pressure for exhaling (most relief.)

I'll just add to what RG said, set any timer values you encounter to 00:00, if you set it to any other non-zero value it changes the function of the machine (i.e. Ramp timer in cpap mode or a special Split-night mode >45).
