I think it would be nice to start a collective travel wisdom thread, with vacation time here, for our fellow CPAP users.
This is what I have in my CPAP bag:
-My travel CPAP: a Divilbiss Intellipap Auto Adjust: it has a plain cord (no big box on the cord) It is light and small and has exhalation relief.
-My CPAP is in a large ziplock baggie, my hose and mask also in a ziplock baggie. TSA doesn't seem to mind the baggies.
-I have an extension cord
-I have an outlet that screws into a light socket http://www.amazon.com/Leviton-125-2-Pol ... _ai_ps_t_3
-A baggie of CPAP wipes
-My CPAP hose lift: https://www.cpap.com/productpage/flexib ... KgodF2gAYw
-If traveling internationally, my carry on gets my power strip extension cord: http://europlugs.com/Wonpro_catalog/Won ... Strips.htm . I have the one with the three plugs and I have the American plug at the end of the cord, that I then adapt for the country's plug. This company is very helpful in finding the correct grounded plug for the country you are visiting. They are very safety conscious and are very reasonable in cost.
-For camping and power failures: I have the external battery kit for my CPAP brand: https://www.cpap.com/cpap-machine/CPAP. ... Cable.html .
I hope this will help someone. Does anyone have anything else to share?
