INtellipap gives a sudden blast of high pressure around 12cms and then doesnt correct itself. is this normal????????? im sure it isnt but would love some assistance on those who use this machine to get the settings to where I need them to be.
machine is on auto with smartflex enabled.
I also struggle with the exhale pressure noise any suggestions.......

Hi - is 12 your prescribed pressure setting? If not, what is? And do you use the ramp feature (the thing that starts you at a much lower pressure and gradually rises over 10-20 mins. to your scripted one?

I don't use the ramp and pressures are set at 9 and 14, 90% of the time I'm at 10-11, but I'm very used to it.

If you really feel something's not right, can you check with your DME?

My only complaints about the machine would be the hard to clean humidifier (and difficulty replacing it without flooding machine), plus when turning it off in the a.m.... it really turns off so instantly without giving you a second to undo your mask, that it feels like a door slamming in your face (a little bit, not a big deal).
