So, last night was my first night on my new S9 AutoSet. I set it for a pressure range of 6-13. My prescribed pressure was 9, but I was using a 10 on straight cpap. One of the reasons that I wanted to switch to APAP (other than loving the APAP concept) was that despite low AHIs, I still don't feel that great. Also, I had pretty high snore scores and hubs would complain about me still snoring.
So, on my APAP, I was shocked to see that it went to '13' 95% of the time. I'm pretty tired this morning (which is typical). After one night, is it too early to adjust my pressures? If it wasn't at the max pressure 95% of the time, I'd probably want to just leave it alone. I'll add, while I on rare occasions will have data flagged with Periodic Breathing or a Central Apnea event, my sleep study diagnosed me with straight up Severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea.
I've attached a typical night from my CPAP and last night from the AutoSet.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

If it was me, I'd let it go for at least another week. By then, you'll have enough consistent data. Sheriff
