Just received my new PR1 with heated hose. I really like the heated hose bit.
I used the same settings from my old M-series (Auto, 8-12, no Flex) on this machine but found myself waking like I had no breath at all during a nap. Not a good sign.
Does anyone use the Opti-Start feature? Thanks.

Try the C-Flex exhale relief feature or the newer A-Flex inhale/exhale relief feature, both accessible thru the clinician's menu. Search for what they offer and the way to get into that menu using the search facility of this site. Either one encourages one to breathe in a regular pattern, especially when entering the early stages of sleep.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.
