Average hours you sleep ??
Just curious about the hours of sleep people are getting since using the CPAP machine.
Me...around the 6/7 hour mark I wake by myself & feel great, jump up, clean up, dress & out the door in 20 or so minutes, if I go back to sleep (? hour or so) it makes me feel more tired & have a harder time getting motivated.
Just curious.

I never sleep w/o cpap. I very rarely nap (maybe 5-6 times a year). I've slept an average 8 hrs. 43 min. a night this year.

Average 6 - 7 hours during the work week, 7 - 8 hours on the weekend. Just like Bookbear, I never sleep without my XPAP .

About 9.3 hours with the APAP on but subtracting my (fall asleep) time and (morning wake-up/hitting the snooze) time and it's probably more like 8

Re: Average hours you sleep ??
6-7 hours for me - whether it's with or without an alarm. Rarely on a weekend I'll sleep for around 9 hours, but it is rare. Once I'm awake, I'm up.

5 to 6 hours for me on a good night, and I never sleep without my machine.

Re: Average hours you sleep ??
I average about 7 hours with my CPAP, but I have to say that I typically remove my mask and try to sleep another hour or so without, which works well for me.
