I am at 30/25. Anyone out there with a bipap pressure comparable to mine? Advice on masks? Thanks!

I suggest that you add to the heading of your post: High pressure of 30 cm

Mine were in the 23/17 range but now I have them down to a lower 23/13. Lately though it's been staying up in the higher numbers and for me, has been a real problem with leaks. Just remember, everyone is different with a variety of different problems. I am, however, at the present time using a Total Face Mask and it is the only thing that really has worked for me. With summer or whatever time of the years we're in now, it is way too warm for me. I have moved into my living room where I have a sofa bed and air conditioner. Hoping this helps some. The good news is that I have two part time jobs -- meaning some money coming in and at the top of my list is a room air-condition and money to have someone come in and put it in my bedroom window and block off the top area. (that window opens sideways . . boo hiss!) I would much prefer to be in the bedroom.

I had my DME order me the Hybrid FFM w/Pillows to see it that would work better. Should be getting it in one or two weeks. Good luck to you. You may discovere that a mask fits you in such away, that you don't have any real problems. Try to think positively!

And here I was thinking my 17 was high. For what it's worth, my Mirage FX has worked very well for me. Leaks, which weren't much of a problem to begin with, are basically gone since adding a chinstrap.

What machine are you using that gives such a high pressure?

My pressure is set at 18. I use an Activa LT nasal mask and I don't have very many leak problems. It is very comfortable and I sleep well with it. It took a little while to train myself to keep my mouth closed. LOL
