ResScan 30 Day Compliant Period

Post by policebox » Tue Jun 05, 2012 12:48 am

I'm using RedScan 04.01.013 and have a question about the Statistics section.

When I choose the dropdown for "30 Day Compliant Period" the software, by default, begins counting my data from the first date of available data and counts through for a total of 30 days. In my case, it begins with April 20 and counts through May 19th. Because of getting an upper respiritory infection shortly after I got my machine, I didn't use it for several days, casuing me to take a hit on my compliance.

So, I'm wondering why the ResScan software doesn't calculuate your 30 Day Compliant Period from the most current date and then back 30 days, rather than starting at the beginning of your data and counting forward? A year from now, is it still going to only look at April 20th to May 19th 2012 for my compliant period? This just isn't making sense to me. I can't find anywhere to change the settings on this and any feedback is appreciated.

Thank you.

You can change the dates of the report on the screen, but it is up to he insurance company or dme to determine what dates they use for determining compliance. My dme told me 2 months, so I would assume it would look at the full two months. If you had trouble at the beginning, but do reasonable well for the rest of the compliance period, you should be okay.
