I have been on my CPAP for about 10 days and have adjusted pretty well. my pressure is set at 11 and my AHI has averaged about 0.6. During my sleep study it registered about 70 so overall the results have been good. My question is for others who have had experience with the Zest nasal mask. I am not sure if I didn't notice before but it seems like quite a bit of air is coming out of the diffuser while i have the CPAP on. Based on my numbers i would say it is probably o.k. but wondered if others had noticed the amount of air coming out of there difusser and if it seemed excessive.
Thank You

Re: F&P Zest Mask Diffuser Issue
That is normal ventilation to remove exhaled air which is full of carbon dioxide.
The greater the pressure the greater the sensation of force of venting.
The perceived air movement from the vent holes will also vary depending on mask. Some masks have a greater "force" of venting than others even at the same pressure. You probably just didn't notice it as much before.
