New s9 apap autoset

Ok so I have been a cpap user since early 2008. Wore out a resmed standard cpap and got a new one through insurance. Get it all setup boy is it quit it does squeek on exhale got to look into that. I have the rescan software get up this morning and look at the card no detailed info am I missing something?

Make sure SleepQuality is set to "ON" or there is no detailed data available. Default setting is "Usage" which is summary compliance data only.

During the download process the factory default is for summary data only and no detailed data.
Prior to starting the download you have to manually changed it to "all summary and detailed data".
You can also make the change so that it is the default.
