Desperate for Encore Pro Help!

I posted a couple of weeks back but got no replies. Long time CPAPtalk.com user, back after a 3 year break from my machine courtesy of weight loss (but my body has other ideas, courtesy of age).

As you can see from my signature, I'm on somewhat older equipment. I took good care of my toys while out of use, and everything is in great working order except the software. When I bought my Respironics M Series APAP, I bought a licensed copy of Encore Pro. It worked wonderfully. Two PCs ago. Now, on Windows 7, this 32-bit software won't install. I checked the vendor website (whoever owns them now, Phillips?), and there's no patch, no upgrade, no support whatsoever, for people who had to migrate to 64-bit OS's courtesy of Microsoft's grip on the PC world. I looked at Sleepyhead based on recommendations from other posts, but it doesn't appear to support my model of APAP.

What can I do to get my data off my card? This is so annoying to me, because I really do want to see what's going on at night, which is why I invested all this money out of pocket (my insurance didn't cover a penny of it). I'm considering setting up a 32-bit virtual machine on my system, but dang that's a pain in the butt for software that I have legitimately licensed. Am I going to have to cough up the money again?
