S9 Autoset Data Was Reset and is Not Updating
I just yesterday noticed the usage display on my S9 has reset to 1/1 - compliance of 1 day out of 1 days. Days used for >4 hours is showing 0/1 with the last usage at 2 hrs and 36 minutes. Both of these values are wrong. The stats also seem to be locked in at the same value. Usage of the machine has been daily at about 7.5 hrs per night. So not sure what's up with my counter and stats. Anyone else have a similar problem? Could it be that the memory card is full? (Plan on checking this when I get home...)

What does it show if you change the period selection to 1 week or 30 days?
I would try doing a hard boot: pull out the plug, wait a few mins and plug it back in. Then look at counter again and see what it displays.

It shows the same stats regardless of the time period selected - 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 1 year.
I will try to unplug, let it sit for a while, then plug in to reboot....

Re: S9 Autoset Data Was Reset and is Not Updating
You may need to wait over night to see if the reboot thing helps till you have a new session.
I don't think it is retroactive to past "stuck" data.
Just thought I would warn you just in case.

Re: S9 Autoset Data Was Reset and is Not Updating
Rebooting after a long wait (approximately 1 hr) solved the problem. Bur for future reference for those who may have the same problem, unplugging for a few seconds is not apparently enough time to prompt a reboot - because that did not work.
Also, just want to add that I checked the memory card. It's usage was only 1 or 2 percent. In addition, the folder containing the nightly data showed as having captured and recorded all data on the card. Nothing was skipped. So the only machine issue was only in reporting the data on both the brief and detailed summary screens... and the reboot solved this problem.
Anyway, thanks RandyJ for the suggestion.
