Free PAP stuff to a good home

Post by STL Mark » Wed May 02, 2012 7:30 pm

I have some used/unneeded equipment that I received for my own use or from people with little to no use. If someone can benefit from these that would have to buy items out of pocket that would be great. I would like to get $5 for shipping if you can afford it (if not I will pay shipping). PICK ONE that you would like and send me a message, I will edit this post and mark them adopted as they find homes. Please don't take these to sell, offer them to someone else free if you can't use them.

If your reading this and have things you will never use, post in this thread and give others a chance to use them.

1) ADOPTED - ResMed Quattro FX mask size medium, with headgear and cushion (came with machine with 13 hours use that I bought) looks new, cushion still clear headgear shows no stretching. No bag, manual, or other goodies.

2) Open slimline hose (choose another item with this, it's not worth paying to ship)

3) ADOPTED - New sealed bag Mirage Quattro cushion and clip, size medium.

4) ADOPTED - Used Mirage Quattro mask size medium, with headgear, cushion and complete with all parts. Headgear seems to show a great deal of use. (feel free to ask for #3 above with this)

5) ADOPTED - ClimateLine hose in torn bag, appears unused but may have been removed. Looks new to me.

6) ADOPTED - New Mirage Quattro Mask size medium. Does not have headgear. All other parts intact. My DME removed headgear to comply with insurance requirements and resealed bag with tape. Never opened since receiving. (I use a different size)

7) ADOPTED - New sealed bag containing 2 white foam filters for Resmed S9 series machines. Appears to be generic filters. (choose another item with this or don't pay shipping)

8 ) ADOPTED - Mirage Quattro size medium mask, headgear, cushion with all other parts to make complete. Appears to have very little use cushion still clear. In blue Resmed drawstring bag.

What is a climateline torn hose bag? I am all confused....again.

I didn't know we could use foam filters in the S9.. I have never seen any. What do they look like?

I am not trying to snatch this stuff up...just wanting education. I don't really need anything.

I will look around in my stash and see if I have anything else to offer. I think with my last gift of the Adams Circuit and my old Swift LT that I have pretty much depleted my stash but I will look.

I have reworded the ClimateLine to make it more clear. It was an open package.

Packager of generic filters put name of foam filters. Appear to be like standard filter not the hypoallergenic.

I believe everything from my original post has shipped and everyone has been notified. If you through you were getting something and have not gotten a message from me, send me a PM and I will resolve the matter.

Hi STL Mark

I tried yesterday my new Quattro FX, you so kindly sent me (THANKS VERY MUCH).

It's way better than the Quattro for my face shape, there was nothing to do with the Quattro for me. I had a couple of leaks after 3 in the morning. Today I made a gasket, I will use it this night, I'm really confident the mask will works well with it.

As weird as it could sound, this morning the tooth pain was almost disappear and presently I can't feel it at least I push or touch my tooth. I can't understand, I was using an Ultra Mirage + the teeth protector for Bruxism without any success and now with the Quattro Fx the pain is almost disappeared. I would like to know what's the cause to forbid it to arrive again once I have finished my 3 months with FFM.

Thanks again I appreciate A LOT your kindness.

Rosie

I'm glad you have had a good experience with the mask and now you will have it to relieve the pressures you may feel from other masks. It is a nice mask, I normally use mirage Quattro but find the Quattro FX is a good alternate. Each of us have a different face, what works best for me may be of no use to you.

Glad you found the right mask for you.
