Smart Cards from Two Factors - Need Help!

I just tried to order the extra smart cards from Two Factors that I've heard mentioned on this forum (5/$25). Two Factors responded that they are not suitable for this application. I'd like to have an extra since the card we have gets a lot of use and I'm not willing to miss even a day of the data

Has anyone ordered them? Do they work in the Remstar Plus and with the Encore Pro software?

Those are "Blank" smart cards that have not been programmed to do anything yet. What you must understand is that "SmartCards" are not simply data storage devices like what you stick into your digital camera. They are computers. They have their own CPU (Smart), RAM, ROM, etc. Until they are programmed and "given life" they are worthless pieces of plastic and metal. You will need to order a real Respironics smart card that was manufactured and programmed to communicate with the cpap/bipap units.
