Best night so far... 10 in a row using my new friend... best numbers yet... AHI = 3.06 and I worked 12 hours yesterday with out a nap.... Wish I had done this long ago... Still nursing a sore nose, from the pillow s mask, Any input? Just a small area under the nose, not quite at the tip...

Welcome to the world of CPAP. I've been sleeping with it for about 8 months and in the first few weeks also got a very sore nose. I got information on this site about Lansinoh salve and have been using it ever since then with very good results. Lansinoh is a salve intended for nursing mothers and can be found in Mothercraft stores and I also recently purchased a tube from Jean Coutu drug store. I'm still using the first tube I bought (it's almost empty now), so it lasts a very long time. Anyway, good luck with your therapy. It gives a whole new meaning to Rest In Peace!!

In USA, you can find Lanisoh (sp?) in drugstores or grocery stores in the baby aisles. If you can't find it, ask the druggist for it. Nursing Moms use it for sore breasts, but works great for sore CPAP noses.
