I put a new sd card in my machine as I was not getting any data recorded but with the new card still no data ,any solutions please.

I had the same problem. Finally, after two SD cards that showed no data, and a change of machines, my DME contacted ResMed. They assisted in fixing the problem and now all is fine. It was something about not having the updated software.

thankyou for your reply.I had thought maybe it was the software, however I bought my machine on cpap auction ,so resmed would not help me,can someone let me have the info on my downloading the latest software if it can be done thankyou

I have never seen anyway for us to access ResMed's software to update the machine itself. DMEs might have access to it but we don't.
Have you tried unplugging the machine...then plugging the machine back in which will force a reboot of the machine's firmware?
Have you made sure that the Sleep Quality item in the Clinical Menu has not got changed to "usage" by mistake?
Are you not even getting hours of use data? How long has this problem been going on?
If you haven't tried unplug..and reboot the machine..give that a try..will have to wait for another night's sleep to see if it worked as the change is not retroactive. Also make sure Sleep Quality is ON and not showing USAGE.

Could the card be locked? I'm also not sure if the very high capacity card will work. Mine came with a 1GB.
Have you ever gotten data from this machine?

Doesn't Resmed have a 12PM cut off? If you check after 12PM the day's data is gone. Maybe daylight savings time is a factor.

Hi again I think I may have found the problem. when checking I saw time was oo then date was jan1 2008 so I changed up to date and will know tomorrow ,i have no idea how that happened, the only thing I did a few days ago was move my machine to another room,I will post tomorrow .
