still lightly snoring on cpap

My girlfriend notices that sometimes I still lightly snore its not all the time I don't think its down to the fit of the mask that's pretty good is this
a big concern?

Bet you use a nasal mask, that's why it's important to have a machine that collects full data and the software to read it. With that you can tell if you are mouthbreathing and loosing treatment or if you need to up your pressure a little. With knowledge of what's happening you are flying blind. Jim

No I have the ffm a can't sleep with my mouth shut

Then you need to up the pressure a bit. Move the pressure up slowly, wait a couple of nights(at least) before raising it again. I would raise it by the smallest increments possible until all the snoring was gone.
