what kind of mask is best for stuffy nost chornic?

people with stuffy nose that is chronic? what kind of mask would u say is best for that? and what kind of machine ? please let me know thanks.

I find my nasal pillows works very good for my stuffy nose. The air flowing seems to open my nostrils up and I breath better.

...or a full face mask that allows you to breath through your mouth.

i dont know what a nasel pillow is? ok but the machine they want me to go on is REMSTAR PRO WITH THE BROADBAND MODEM HEATED HUMIDITFIER ADVISED

is this the best for allergy and nasel conjestion? no way can i have a machine that will make me more stuffy


their response is "all machines are good for nasel conjestion that have a humidfier"

This is the nasal pillow mask that I use. https://www.cpap.com/productpage/resmed ... dgear.html If your a mouth breather you may need a full face mask.

I like the Respironics FitLifeTotal Face Mask. Very comfortable, though looks daunting. I have very little trouble with leaks.

I'm assuming you are talking a System One Remstar Pro. If so, that's a fine machine and data capable. But the machine doesn't really make much difference regarding congestion. It's really the humidifier and getting the correct setting for you.

do they have hepa filters that stop allergy anyway? is that true ?
