Hookup for the Aussie Hose

Hi fellow C-pap Users,
I just received my Aussie heated hose. I can't find my old mail where someone explained about hooking it up. It has a black plus on the end??
Something about an adapter from Radio Shack. Really appreciate your help.

Thank you for your enquiry into our product, the SleepZone Heated CPAP Tube.

We supply our product internationally, and have many satisfied customers in the U.S.A and Canada.
The power supply for USA and Canada will need to be purchased locally to conform to your power supply, namely 110V. The two most suitable transformers which are easily purchased from eg Radio Shack are:
Radio Shack part number 2731776 (12VDC 1 amp) and is the preferred power adaptor
Radio Shack part number 2731631 (AC to AC power adaptor - 12V AC output – switchable 9 to 13V AC 1 amp) and should be set on 13VAC
The tube is polarity neutral the connection plug can be connected either way + positive or – negative.
Approx cost for each is US $20.00
Both Transformers come complete with an in line plug which will connect directly to the SleepZone Heated CPAP tube. Our product can also be operated directly from any 12-volt source (e.g. car cigarette lighter/12 Volt battery)A suitable plug only adaptor would have to be purchased.
