Well, unless I am reading something from Sleepyhead very wrong this looks like an amazing first night. Wife says I did not move around much at all. Only tough part was getting to sleep with the pressure going up and down and especially the surge when just falling to sleep. Actually the wife and the dog's snorning was more difficult to sleep through than the machine or mask. Here is my data.
Actually I did get up once. My mask was a bit tight and was pressing my lower lip area into my teeth. So instead of fighting it, I just got up and gave it a bit of a rest. I adjusted the mask some and it was better, still just a touch sore this morning.

Good job and well done at that.
You are reading the software correctly. An excellent report. You will see minor variations each night so don't get into a panic when you do. We don't sleep the same every night.
Heck, night before last I had a horrible night (on paper) and last night a report much like yours and I changed absolutely nothing.
Looks like your adjustment is going to be fairly easy. Congratulations.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

Buggstzer,
Excellent first night! You are now officially given the honorable and desired title of 'Hose Head'. Wear it well (the new title and the mask) and remember what Pugsy said about each night being a little bit different with numbers and even levels of feeling rested after waking. Now just replicate last night by staying connected to the machine each and every night, no matter what, and you will enjoy the benefits of XPAP therapy (which you will find over time far outweigh your pre-treatment days).
Wishes for many, many more successful nights.
John
