going for study again

Post by deedee » Sun Feb 26, 2006 10:11 am

I am going for another study march 1 st without the cpap
Medicare wants to see how I do without the cpap machine
what I was thinking
I may not meet the requirements for medicare anyhow
if I order a new machine online now and then I do meet the requirements , I wonder if by any chance medicare would reimburse me for the machine
I can not take the low settings I am using right now
I feel like I am suffocating with this machine I have here
I start off ok and then bamm can not take it

dee dee,

Were you able to figure out how to change the pressure on the machine you already have???

Unless I missed something between now and your original post, I think the machine you have should work just fine.
Sincerely,

I was not able to change the settings
I am taking it to medical store today to see if they can fix the settings for me, depending on how much they are going to charge me for it
I do not work
I suffered a heart attack few yrs ago and other issues I have here with chronic pain
I do have medicare a& b
I will see if some place can change the settings for me
