One Week down!
One Week down!
Just wanted to thank all of you for your information, support, and guidance these past couple weeks. I finished my first week on CPAP last night and I'm getting more and more used to it. I realize that this is going to take a long time before i'm more comfortable with it and i'm going to have ups and downs but i can't really complain too much for a newbie.

Re: One Week down!
Good to hear. I am a newbie myself ( about 6 weeks). When you start seeing the benefits of it, it really does get a lot easier to sleep with it.

Stick with it! Eventually, you won't be able to sleep without it. I'll tell you, after using this for a few years I'm sold on the technology. I sleep so well it's simply amazing. The proof is comparing myself to others. My family and friends get tired much, much earlier than I do and they all get more sleep than I do. I average about 6-7 hours a night and I can easily go 18 hours straight without being tired in the slightest. It's REALLY evident on road trips where I can drive hours on end without getting tired.....whereas my family has been sleeping most of the trip. LOL
CPAP/APAP is truly a revalation and well worth the effort. Once you get used to it you'll never want to sleep without one!
